A: You have to be at least 13 years of age. Our website, and service(s) are not directed for children under the age of 13.

A: We post our YouTube Videos weekly, or bi-week (2 weeks).

A: Well, you can sign up here to see if you can get one earlier. We have some giveaways available, and you don’t want to miss your chance. Sign up today, to claim one. Also, you need to be at least 12+ to get one. We offer e-Gift Cards. We do this as a thank you for people that has been engaged in our website. So, the more you share, the more giveaways get available!

Q: Why do we have something called “Terms of use”?

A: This is because, many people don’t follow the rules and don’t do what is expected on the website. Also, we have rules and regulations to make our website the most safe, powerful, and cleanest it can be. Also, WordPress would appreciate if we would have “Terms of use”. Please cooperate when you read these Terms of use.

Q: Why do we need to pay .99 cents before we are helper for this website?

A: The money goes for our website, and to show your thanks. We don’t ever take your money and keep if for us personally.

Q: What is the point of being a helper for our website?

A: Well, to make our website, perhaps get paid by PayPal, and to just help us and join the community.

Q: What is the return and refund policy?

A: thankfully we have a strict return and refund rule. You may request a refund for any purchase made from our website. Such as, The Helper starter kit for $.99 cents. You will not get a refund for donating. Please don’t ask. Also, if we deliver a giveaway to your house, and if the product is damaged, call the carrier (ex. FedEx) if the product has problems, or doesn’t fuction properly, always contact us and we will deal with it for you. If you request a refund, it must be within a day, otherwise, we don’t provide refunds. Candy 🍭 or edible giveaways cannot get returned.

Q: I see an unauthorized charge on my PayPal / Debit/Credit card. What should I do?

A: First, you should check your account to see if the money is either ($2.00) or more, or if it is ($0.99) from the Helper starter kit. If it is, then seek help from our support center. They will take everything from there.

Q: What purchases can be made from this website?

A: Well, we have the “Donate” part which you would have to donate a minimum of $2.00. You may add more if you’d like. If you are interested in being a helper, and would like to pay in advance, you may do so. ($0.99). These are the only payments made within our website.

Q: Do helpers get paid?

A: Yes, we started paying some on Tuesday, September 19. And we would like more. Helpers make our website the most helpful it could be. Visit our Terms of use to learn more.
