Most of use like to meditate. Well, at least some people do. But… Some people don’t do it because they need special requirements. You don’t need any requirements. Here is what you do, to relax your mind.
- Set a good meditating schedule, you can do this very easily if you meditate daily.
- All you need is you, a quiet place, and shelter-outside if you prefer.
- Start by getting into a calm, quiet room.
- Then, you can stand, sit or just lay anywhere.
- You don’t need to do anything with your hand 🤚 (s). All you have to do is sit, or lay down, and relax!
